Wind Slab

I've been up in the Overlord Glacier are for the last 3 days. 100km + winds left windslab up to 1m deep in higher lee N aspects. Na avalanche activity restricted to steep areas.
A pit yesterday at 2300m NW aspect showed CTEs down 50cm SC. This was followed up with ECT that propagated right across on the 14th hit.
Definitely back to winter like conditions. Ski quality is marginal due to winds.Beautiful day here now.
