Snowpack

Snowpack continues to have a very weak basal layer and an unconsolidated midpack. In areas which have not been traveled, skis punch through to the base about 1/3 of the time. Occasional collapsing in open areas on slope of approx 30 degrees with scattered timber. Minimal displacement. No slides observed in the area. The snowpack was unreactive in the areas which had been skied.
