Weather

Lots of wind overnight, with mixed skies and windy in the morning. Winds from every direction. Temps in the 20's.

Snowpack

Lots of new snow resting on an older windslab resting on basal facets. Lots of collapsing, even on low angles in the trees, on a traditional skin track that was used heavily yesterday. Heavy and persistent winds from yesterday/last ight affected the snow, even in dense trees. Ski pen was difficult on open slopes.
