Weather

Fair, mild weather. No wind, plenty of sun, but temps cool. HS 50 cm at Skyway stake; storm board 13 cm settled snow from earlier this week.

Snowpack

HS 40-70+ cm. Very supportable, w no trapdoor conditions except around a few willow patches. Great riding conditions. Snow surface soft & dry except on steep sunny cutbanks. In below-treeline meadows, snow wind-dappled but not slabbed. Snow depths shallower in meadows closest to highway, where more wind affected. Snow depths increased as we got closer to Crag Crest. No whumpfing or cracking, despite some FC near ground.
