Snowpack
Very thin in most places. The only places with enough cover to hide the rocks are north through southeast aspects, near to above treeline. Snowpack structure on north through east aspects is poor. New snow overlies a mostly faceted lower pack. Of concern is a prevalent, thin crust on easterly aspects. The weakest snow is directly beneath this crust. Although the snowpack structure is poor, there is not much weight above our persistent weak layers. The exception would be in previously heavily wind loaded areas.
