WEATHER: Partly cloudy sky with strong solar at times. NW winds were moderate with stronger gusts blowing snow at times.

SNOWPACK OBS: Lots of wind affect above tree line. Many windward slopes were blown back to the crusts from earlier this week. Measured wind slab on a cross loaded slope at 12,300ft at 40cm. However this was the only place I felt safe on this slope and the depth of the slab could very greatly. Didn't observe any natural wind or storm slab activity. The snow surface on lower elevation South slopes didn't seem to get moist on most slopes. Steeper low elevation South slopes likely did.
