Snowpack

Data from the Fremont Pass Snotel site shows about 6 new inches of snow since 11-10...the snowpack where I was touring was shallow- anywhere from 1 to 2 feet deep depending on windloading/scouring...there was a lot of "whumpfing" today on relatively flat terrain...a buried depth hoar is developing (based on temperature fluctuations?) since we've received snow over the past month
