Sunny and Cold. Temperature from -10f to 10f. South facing aspects. Light Wind

Snowpack

Summer trail has 30cm-100cm from Trailhead. South facing shallow but valley floor holding snow. Facets near talus slopes and a supportable crust buried by about 8cm of new snow. By mid day warming was starting to occur.

Avalanche

One large avalanche off of the South Face of Point 12,167'. Toe of debris near 9,900' and buried summer trail with about 30' of debris and broken tree limbs.
