Snowpack
Skied east facing pitch up to 35 degrees. Saw some cracking on a ski cut / traverse. 2 small releases on approx 35 degree terrain at the top of a rollover where skiers dropped in. Neither propogated, and the releases were loose and slow moving. Ski pen was shin, but not quite knee deep - but you're probably penetrating into the faceted layer under the new snow (about 10 inches). Still really thin everywhere we looked.
