Weather

Clearing skies, air temp -9.5C. Light wind 5-10mph SW, at times some blowing snow.

Snowpack

New snow accumulations varied from 7cm to 14cm depending on wind. No hard windslab observed NTL. Melt freeze crust observed earlier in the week still present, now ~20-30cm below surface depending on wind loading of new snow. Significant DH found on N - E aspects. Hard (pencil) freeze layer at the ground in more easterly aspects. S facing slopes now covered in snow but very thin.

Avalanche

No avalanche activity observed. No cracking, collapsing or whumphing observed.
