Weather

High winds, airborne snow. Still in shade, about 0930.

Snowpack

Lots of windblown. E aspects BTL and out of the sun tended to be soft and non-slabby. The N aspect in the south side of Chaos canyon was becoming very slabby with the wind scraping across it.

Avalanche

Triggered shooting cracks in a windslab across a 20-25 degree slope at same location, turned back.
