Weather

Clouds moved in from the North, late AM on the 31st. Snow fell from mid-day through the early evening. No wind. Sunny skies the morning of the first gave way to spring cumulus clouds with virga and perhaps some isolated mountain snow showers.

Snowpack

Recent new snow has settled rapidly. Ski penetration is 20-30cm. No signs of instability. Even a brief period of sun is enough to create a MF crust on sunny aspects.
