Snowpack

Highly wind affected on N→S aspect. Wind slabs were not reactive to slope tests or isolated column tests. No new activity reported since 02/06/16. Jones Pass - Sunshine Peak - "The Funnel" - 11,800', S/SE aspect, 36 degree slope angle - HS 105cm: CT15-Q3-↓80cm, CT13-Q2-↓76cm, ECTN23-Q2-↓83cm, ECTN21-Q3-↓80cm *All tests failed within basal facets

*Avalanche occurred on 02/06/16, but was not reported to CAIC. Jones Pass, S. of Bobtail Peak, aka "Gumlick" Peak, 12,300', E/NE aspect, >36 degree slope angle. HS-AMu-R2-D2-O As reported on 02/06: "Slide involved 2 high marking snowmachines, both exited uninjured"
