Weather

Obscured sky with very light lingering snow showers. Light winds increasing to moderate near-treeline. Ideal winds and plenty of snow for transport observed.

Snowpack

BTL the snowpack is comprised F to 4F- layers of new snow, facets, and DH. HS was 120cm on a north facing slope where I dug a quick pit. CTE5 down 20cm Q3 on the interface of the new and old snow. Near-treeline and on open slopes BTL, new snow was drifting into soft slabs 6-12" thick.
