Snowpack

Avoided northly slope entirely. See below. Dug a hasty pit on SE aspect ~11,200. 60cm HS. ECT did no produce results. Bottom of snowpack was faceted. New snow from the last couples cycle majority of snowpack. Due South aspects wet, forming a crust later in the day. Experienced a collapse on WNW aspect ~10,800.

Avalanche

Many avalanches on N, NE, and NW slopes observed from 1/11 cycle. Some with deep crown, maybe 2-3 ft. These slopes did not run far. Most on small convexities.
