Partly cloudy. Slight nw wind. West side of hwy 550 in Mineral Basin area. Pit was dug on 10 degree north facing aspect. Elevation was 11,525.

Cold temperatures maintained cold snowpack with newly formed Wind slab surface areas. Persistent slab at 100+cm depth.
