Blue bird and sunny and 40F one gully NE of Waterhole Slide 4:04pm, this NW gully aspect that slid had a long and deep complex crown at approximately 10,800 feet.
Snowpack
NW gully aspect across from Skylight was baking in sun a lot of the afternoon in probably 40F temps. Snowpack in question was at about 10,800 feet.
Avalanche
A D3, R3 avalanche that occurred at approximately 10,800 feet NW aspect one gully NE of the Waterhole Slide gully and then proceeded to grow larger and sent a snow plume up the other side of the valley on camp bird road.
