Snowpack

Crown profile revealed a "facet factory" in this gulley, filled with rocks and small trees. Extremely strong slab of wind deposited snow (cross loaded gulley) was sitting on loads of facets from Oct/Nov snow. Adjacent pits showed significantly less faceted snow and little to no reactivity to tests.
