Weather

Clear skies, calm, with a high of 41F, and a low of 25F yesterday at the top of the pass. Cooler but still calm winds at 11,000 feet

Snowpack

Surfaces are faceting quickly. Near treeline I found 7 to 10" of fist hard facets above a four finger hard slab with 24" of total snow on a north aspect. Above treeline on a north aspect there was 3 to 4" of fist hard facets resting on a pencil to knife hard slab.
