Quick report

Riding Quality
Good

Snowmobiling. Conditions varied from wind scoured supportive crusts on the wind side of ridges to wind slabs in lee terrain and cross loaded features. Cornices are forming on some ridges. We noticed one old debris pile from a natural avalanche on > 40 degree slope. In low angle meadows in the treeline the snow was deep and unconsolidated. High angle sled tracks from other sledders did not appear to be causing a reaction in the snowpack. There is a lot more snow at treeline and in the alpine than in the valley bottoms.
