Weather

light to moderate SW winds, warm, scattered + broken cloud cover, storm front was hanging out on divide to the west and north. no precipitation.

Snowpack

dry to poor cover on south below 11K, spring-like snowpack above. Firm conditions - descended SW slope from 13,300' at noon; conditions softened around 11k. No instabilities noted including poking around on crossloaded ridgeline.

Saw old R3-D2 wet slab on E. face around 12,400'
