Snowpack
On a N aspect near treeline, the snow depth was around 1m. The snowpack was generally weak and faceted on this slope. Upper layers were fist hard, gradually becoming 4 finger as you moved deeper in the snopack. The bottom 20-25cm consisted fist hard of 2-3mm facets. Most notable was the widespread presence of 2-3mm surface hoar on this slope.
