Weather observations from Bottom Tbar at MMC Shames Mountain ski area

Avalanche

Reported to have occurred mid day, time noted is approximate. Reported to be remote human triggered by a solo snowboarder. Reported to have a group of four to five close witnesses from ridgetop. Single track within meters of crown appears to be skier remote trigger. Multiple other tracks in Geronimo skiers left reported to be from the group of reported witness. Tracks exit through the debris field. Several witnesses heard and saw the event from Shames ski area T-bar and surrounding backcountry area. No burial was reported. Runout made it to the ski out at valley bottom. This third hand report needs additional facts and comments by first hand witnesses or the person who triggered the slide. Size observations are estimated viewing from the top Tbar.
