Limited visibility and warm temps out at the pass today. No wind and -6c. Visibility didn’t allow for travel in the alpine or any alpine observations. Our storm board showed 48cm fell during the last storm. At tree line the average snowpack depth was 230cm - 240cm. There’s been widespread wind effect but In sheltered areas ski pen was still 20cm - 30cm. The snow felt heavy and upside down. There was new surface hoar forming up to 1100m. We tested low consequence wind loaded features at tree line without result and avoided bigger features that we couldn’t see.
