Weather

Clear skies, intermittent wind 3-8mph at tree line facing S-SE.

Snowpack

New snow, drifted up to 18-24 in sheltered places at tree line, aspect was roughly SE.

Avalanche

Almost the entirety of postage stamp slid, R3.5 - 4, with microwave / dorm room fridge sized blocks, D1.5 - 2. Our group was on the other side of the Current Creek Cirque, just above Moonlight Bowl when we noticed it had slid. We could identify a skier entrance line that appeared to cause a remote trigger. We continued watching and saw four skiers exit the trees lookers right of the toe. After getting to the parking lot we talked to a group and they said they were right near it and one of their party unintentionally triggered it. The skier exited the path unharmed.
