Weather

Mostly scattered skies with scattered snow showers, graupel, occasional windows of passing clear skies.

Snowpack

Approximately 15” yesterday and an additional 10-15” today. Snowpack was heavy and wet. Snowmobiles able to break old crust into old faceted snow.

Avalanche

Avalanche activity on east face of Ptarmigan Peak - approximately 300’ across with a runout of ~200’. Unknown trigger.
