Ice climbing post: Ice is deteriorating quickly and no longer recommended until temps drop for an extensive period. Noted and observed were small slab releases (20cm deep) on the north aspects. All other aspects of the snow pack have become isothermic. Snow pack was approx 25cm deep with some wind deposits up to 80cm deep. These deposits were very unstable with fracture lines occuring when loaded.
