Weather

Moderate southwest winds continued for most of the trip with short bursts of S2 snowfall but mainly light snow and graupel with little to no new accumulation through the trip.

Snowpack

Strong southwest winds stripped most exposed south and westerly-facing slopes bare. Drifting snow developed small pockets of dense wind slab on leeward slopes, with northeast-facing slopes building the deepest slabs of over a meter deep. Although small storm instabilities could be forced out and a very distinct graupel layer about 15 cm from the surface, no propagation could be seen in extended column tests. Total snowpack depth ranged between 40-80cm
