Weather

Overcast day with very light snow. By 10:30am the wind had calmed down and most of the snow transport was over.

Snowpack

New snow seems to be bonding well with old surface. There is about a 4 inch wind crust on most surfaces with 2" of broken precipitation particles beneath. I didn't have time to dig a lot, but I did find a facet crust combination buried about 60cm deep on an east southeast-facing aspect.
