Cold. Low hanging clouds filtered ridgelines for most of the trip, no blowing snow was observed.
Snowpack
No cracking or collapsing observed, total snowpack depth ranged between 1.2 to 1.5 meters.
Avalanche
Several large avalanches observed above treeline on southeast and south aspects above Carbonate Creek and towards Buckskin Pass. An avalanche on Mud ran mid-storm, several deep pockets (1.5 meters) in the crown are still visible, debris is visible roughly 1000 feet below.
