Clear skies and strong westerly wind - about 25 degrees. South East facing 40-45 degree slope.

Several inches of new snow from Friday on top of existing base. Slope had 10-15 inches of new wind deposited snow.

Small skier triggered avalanche in wind deposited snow just below tree line.
