Sunny and cold. Beautiful San Juan day!

Snowpack

New snow has bonded fairly well to older surface crusts on southerlies. Some large collapses, but seemingly becoming less touchy below treeline. Interface of greatest concern continues to be the layer buried on Dec 11th (facets from prolonged dry spell). See pics... We did not go above treeline.

No fresh slides, but we are still seeing slides that ran during the last storm.
