Still marginal, thin conditions below 1700 m. At TL and in ALP (2150 m high point) up to 1.5 m HS. approx 15 cm low density snow overlies stiff 10-20 cm windslabs on exposed features. Slabs found both on NE and SW aspects at ridge top. Hand shears produced consistent hard RP results below the slab, some faceting observed. -11 at 2100 m at 1400. No sign of recent avalanche activity, excellent ski quality especially below ridge top where the wind hasn't got to anything. No evidence of the late Nov SH observed, but we only made hasty observations.
