Avalanche

Noticed a small to medium size slide that appears to have released naturally at an elevation of about 8600ft. The slide ran on a West North West facing slope just below a thick stand of trees. From my view near I70 in West Vail, the crown looks to be around 100 feet wide, and it looks like the avalanche ran around 200-300 vertical feet, through a sparse stand of trees, and piled up on slight bench near a large water storage tank at the top of the residential area.
