Today we skied in Frasher chutes. The low snowpack is still making travel conditions challenging at lower elevations with exposed creeks and numerous other early-season hazards. The best ski quality was found in open pockets at the treeline. There was heavy snow throughout the day with light wind gusts from the south. We observed no new avalanches.
