Weather

Precip accumulation rate of approximately 1 cm/hr from 9:00-10:00 AM, very calm. Precip stopped around 10:00 AM. Gusts of 15-20 mph began after 10:45 AM and continued until at least 1:30 PM.

Snowpack

E and E-SE-facing slopes at/above treeline had new snow overlying a notably hard (pencil-hardness) crust. Some localized cracking of this crust while skinning. No bonding of new precip to crust layer. Pit dug on E-NE-facing slope.
