Avalanche

Impressive widespread avalanche cycle occurred on primarily south, west and east facing terrain in the CR 2 area east of Silverton on 1.6.15. Dozens of slides ran likely due to rapidly warming temperatures/sun combined with a shallow snowpack and steep rocky terrain.
