Weather

Breezy, but mild. Winds were helping keep snowpack cool. Though it felt warm out of the wind, snow surface remained cold.

Windy area. Winds were keeping snow surface cool even on sunny aspects. Wind event of February 3 & 4 started a cycle of WSa & PSa. Wind Slab avalanches on SW & W, Persistent Slab & Wind Slab avalanches on NE aspects near & above treeline.
