Black prince

We stayed low and in the creek bed used as an uptrack. Put in our own track up and rode back down the creek bed in mostly untracked powder (other than our bits of uptrack). As we were mostly in the trees and it was overcast at the parking area, we couldn't see any Avy activity. Snow was wet down low and noticably drier powder shortly after the split to go up or to the lake. Coverage down low, where we stayed, was pretty good.

We dug a pit, for practice, and filled it in. Snow depth was about 100cm and failed after 3 full arm taps at maybe 60-70cm down (sorry didn't measure}.
