The wind has been active in the Keith’s hut area the past 2 days creating reactive windslabs primed for human triggering on NE aspect at TL and ALP. I triggered 4 sz 1 avalanches today. 2 being intentional and 2 being accidental. 1 natural sz 1.5 also observed. These slides had surprising propagation and reactivity because they failed on SH up to 8mm. One slide was triggered in 20-25 degree terrain where we had felt very safe. Slides where 20-25cm deep. We covered a fair bit of terrain today skiing the lower slopes of motel 66 and skiing the Vantage Col area.
