Surface hoar widespread at every elevation, every aspect. Just under the surface hoar a layer of near surface facets. It’s Frosted Flakes on top of sugar out there. The cold clear nights and cold are eating our amazing snowpack alive. Pray that it doesn’t snow anytime soon.
