Snowpack

Stayed below treeline today. On a North-facing slope in the trees HS 70 CM's. Very little slab was observed. The top 55cm's was 4finger minus with 15 CM's of faceting snow near the ground. On steep rocky features I was able to push some snow down, but it didn't gain mass. There was a large pocket of Wind-drifted snow on a NE facing fetch that I stayed well away from. On south facing slopes the surface crust still persists.
