s-1 to s2 all day. brief patches of blue. winds light. no real wind effect on any snow that we found. cold!
Snowpack
hn 80cm @10000 ft. not an exaggeration. very low density snow. dilkd***deep. moderate collapsing, minor cracking. no real slab formation noted, but didn't venture into much over 32* or any ntl or >tl, or any n facing.
Avalanche
saw maybe 6 storm slabs, <tl, all r1 d1, several ran into terrain traps of note. hard to tell depth or vertical as the bed surface enjoyed free refills.
