Snowpack
VARIABLE! Below ~10,000', the entire snowpack is moist all the way to the ground. Between 10,000' and 11,500', it varies greatly with small changes in aspect, elevation, tree cover, and slope angle. The snow surface is mostly hard and dry on all aspects above ~11,500'. I found some "chalky" snow and OK skiing on N & NE aspects from ~12,500' down to ~10,000'
