Snowpack

A transition to a spring snowpack is well underway. ATL, there is barely any snow left on south and west aspects. The snow that is left exists in wind blown pockets and depressions. N and E aspects still holding snow on wind-loaded slopes. North aspects still dry, with hard slab 60-90cm thick sitting on rounding depth hoar. Lots of bare ground. Near and BTL: still a decent amount of snow but rapidly melting. Surprisingly there is still a skiable snowpack to Bear Lake (9500 ft).
