Weather

Clear and cold, but some thin, low level clouds moved in mid-late afternoon from west. Hanging on ridgecrests to west, a few to NE.

Snowpack

Variable depths, structure and stability. On SE, ~30 cm F-F+ storm snow on crust with inconsistent layer of FC and SH between. On N, 35 cm F-F+ storm snow on 2-4 SH; midpack 4f-->1F slab above 11/15 facets ~ 65 cm < surface. Supportable basal FC below.
