Weather

Arrived at 9:30 14" on the ground in the unplowed parking lot. Pretty wet snow, but the stuff falling was lighter and drier

Snowpack

Definite crust from the warming periods in the past few weeks. Depth varied from 14"-24+". On the N and NE aspects the new storm snow seemed to bond well with the snow that came in over the weekend. Skied approximately the same area on Sunday. So the upper snow layer was a wetter, heavier storm slab sitting on a definite suncrust in most spots. No signs of instability on the slopes that were encountered. SKied the trees between 10,700 and 9,900. Snowpack depth at the bottom of the ravine was 3.5 meters
