Weather

Scattered clouds midday; overcast by late afternoon. Warm. Winds calm at sheltered site but could hear gusts in trees lower on slope.

Snowpack

NW-facing slope at top of Skyway Point, 10,600 ft: HS 230. Generally homogenous slab pencil hard at base. A few layers, mostly in upper 50 cm, but no results in small column tests. PWL 4F+ hard, rounded FC 2-3mm. DTH Resistant Planar at this interface. 2 thin, faint layers of dust in top 10 cm of snowpack, separated by 3 cm MF crust.
