Skied 2 days in Kootenay Pass. March 15/16 Day 1 foggy, skied up towards Monk Peak and stuck to North aspects as snow condion was better. Dig a pit on north aspect and got no results on column test. Snowpack depth 230cm. Day 2 sunny, skied cornice, buzz, and missile ridge areas. No stability concerns. Travel under cornices was minimized.
