Swanzy

Summited Swanzy today. Significant wind effect (ready almost sastrugi) as you exit the morraines. Had to boot pack last part to the summit which had ripped in the prior cycle with step down (likely circa when Ross went?). Noticed huge chunk of cornice which appeared less than 24h that triggered a loose dry and caused significant entrainment (as you can see behind skiers). No signs of instability today as we skied / boot packed. Signifiant winds though throughout the day. Ski quality excellent by Eastern standards (ie Tremblant).
